🌸 Perishable Nature Acknowledged
Our flowers and offerings are perishable. Claims for freshness issues (e.g., wilted flowers) must be raised within 2 hours of delivery for us to take action.

If you’re on an annual subscription, you are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of activation. Post this window, refunds are not applicable.
