Refund and Returns Policy

You may raise a return or replacement request within 2 hours of delivery under the following conditions:

    Received wilted or stale flowers? Don’t worry – we will replace them by the next day.

  • Wrong Items Delivered:
    If you received the wrong puja items, you are eligible for a 100% refund or a free re-delivery, based on your preference.

  • Quick Replacement:
    We will process and deliver your replacement order within 24 hours of approval.

  • Refund Timeline:
    Refunds will be credited to your original payment source within 7–10 business days.


Returns Not Accepted For:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery (e.g., crushed petals, opened packets).

  • Change of mind after delivery – as our products are perishable and prepared fresh to order.
